What even is ice tea? Ive read it in books, but have no idea what in blazes it is...

Ice tea comes in little powdered sachetes where I come from, and you get a cold glass of water, pour the contents of the sachete in, stir it intill it's dissolved, and voila. Ice tea. I like the lemon and lime flavour.
