Bike a lot. I've been doing 30 or 40 miles a day for the past two weeks.
I've also started lifting weights 3 times a week. No big changes yet, but as a 20 year old guy it ought to be coming around soon enough.
I'm really trying to get ready for basic training at the start of September.
