In what way exactly? She's a Gothic Morphing Steef. Who lives in the city. I would say not.

Yes, very much so. She has many classmates who are attracted her, but she has no interest in them.

Drastically. When upset, she needs "comfort food" or sometimes goes stereotypical Goth and whines about how she's hated for her lifestyle. She will rarely turn to violence, but will when highly provoked.

Yes. It's possible that Craig's mock bullying has given Kat an almost murderous hatred at times, as she often walks up behind him and acts as if she's going to whack him in the head with any blunt object she happens to be holding.
