Make sure you are not inserting the http:// adress into the 'Browse' box. Put it into the one that has a http:// in it already. Or, click the browse button and select the file you have the picture saved to, then follow the steps.
Also, make sure the image is below 35kb, and is 400x100 pixels.
I guess the steps aren't idiot proof anymore.
