Jim had remained hidden on the floor outside the lab until he heard Arnie's announcement about the animals. Fearing for his safety, he decided to do as instructed. He didn't want to go far from Anni, but he knew that slig was still in the lab so he couldn't face the thought of going in there. In the end he slipped into the toilet where he and Anni had found the passage entrance a few days before. It was empty (Not the one Zozo's people are in) so he locked the door and sat down, hoping for an announcement giving the all-clear.
