You're not making them hit, but you're making it unlikely that they won't. It was just a reminder in case you needed the nudge. I wasn't accusing you of anything.
And yes, I didn't think Doe was start possessing them, but as you said, Dionysia doesn't know that. I doubt there are many (living) industrials who would.
