Ralph could be kinda tricky to put to a certain alignment... He's probably closest to
Lawful Neutral. Through his backstory he would've actually had several different alignments, (including
Chaotic Evil and even
Lawful Good at one point), but I think Lawful Neutral is closest to where he's at now.
As for Hembar...
Probably
Chaotic Good would be closest for her
She'll work within rules if she has to, but she prefers to work without them. But she has good intentions.
