And there is no hospital in the bottom of the city, its mostly deserted apart from all of us crazy people...
There isn't any guards higher in the city either, just khanzumerz.....You'd probably have to go high up to find a hospital, since the poorer areas are lower in the city. Or you could call 999 from a fone. There is stairs to go higer and stuff. And Mike and Vobos aren't chained together anymore, I think Salve broke the chains.
