RPG, set in post apocolyptic future. With retro 50s styling.
Very free form, you can slaughter whole towns if you so desire, being one of the first RPGs that lets you be truely evil. In the first fallout team AI is attrocious, so more often than not you're killed by your own team but Fallout 2 is much improved.
Lot's of guns, old fairly bad but lovable isometric graphics, mutants and all that shit.
Oh, and it's fucking hilarious.
