Having worked with kids in youth groups and on camps, increased my level of respect for parents who can remain sane. Frankly, kids are irritating. And sometimes an adult can't (and shouldn't need to) explain every single decision they make.
Though I hated myself for doing it, there were a few times when I actually had to say "Because I said so and I know better..."
