As for the subject of little bitches, I think they should be punished more severely. ME and a friend were talking about it the other day, and both decided that if an 6 to 10 year severely beats someone, they deserve to be locked up. Honestly, America's current justice system is ****ed up, if a kid beats up another kid, he gets Juvi for what? 12 weeks? If an adult does it, then its like a half a year or more in prison. By that age they should know hurting people is wrong. Course, then again, its probably the parents fault. Parents spoiling their kids and then expecting them to be mature when they're older.
