so lucky you were able to get the Limited Edition...because of my parents I'm stuck with the softcover...
As for the source, I got mine off Amazon. If I ordered it from Australia it would take forever to arrive. I got mine in a week after I ordered it though.
And it is, as of now, one of my most prized possessions.
(Unfortunately TOGG spoiled it for me slightly)
