Do you have the game disc in your CD‐ROM drive? The FMVs, apart from those during startup, are on the disc.

p.s. I have never gotten invincibility to work in the P.C. version of Abe’s Exoddus, not by getting the Killing Bonus. The game just takes Abe back to FeeCo Depot, where he is as vulnerable as always.
