I would go more along the direction of 'neither', which I'm shocked you didn't include. I mean, physical, biological characteristics of sex really don't apply to an omnipresent, unphysical, supernatural creature.
That said, there's a lot of literature in Jewish theology regarding the gender of god, mainly in that the different aspects of His personality are ascribed to the feminine (mercy) or masculine (justice). Different names are often used when discussing the various aspects as well.
