I think Infection Form has the scale all confused. In Weeks, the tiny, modern Isle of Dogs is the only inhabited part of Britain, and even that has not reached anything like its pre-outbreak population, even with the NATO forces. Those are the only people who can be infected. However, Days features devastation on a national scale. Now, I'm no Pierre de Fermat, but by my calculations...

Well, from the looks of the trailer, it looks like one careless human got herself infected again, somehow bypassed the security in place enough to infect soldiers, which in turn attacked other people, resulting in a chain that re-infected the new population re-inhabiting England.
But, when Scarlet asks the little boy his age, she replies to his age by saying, "Well then, I think that makes you the youngest person in the country,"
I'm not sure about this, but it could inply the rest of the country is also being re-populated, since they'd need much more human records to say 'country' if they're only populating an island.
Of course, they could be dis-regarding logic like that, but oh well.
