The bio doesn't need to be extensive, but try to think of how, after where Nalcane and Salve worked closed down, where he went after that (what job did he get, did he go to see anyone, etc.) and then why he's turned up here.
Are we allowed to use Khanzumerz here? Because if they are met at all, I think we may have the problem of hardly knowing anything about them except that they are presumably the 'consumers' and their name. That's pretty much all we know.

Hmm, I guess not, though if you were to meet them, they'd be higher up in the city, since the lower parts are poorer and cheaper.
