As Hembar stood in the shadows considering her next move, the scrab she'd sensed before suddenly decided to show it's face back here again. She watched it walk up to the shadows on another wall, which put it in the line of sight of those at the cafeteria, even though it was hidden in shadow. She had made sure to put herself around the corner for that reason, though.
Then she sensed a movement from one of the sligs by the doorway out there. It was lifting it's gun and aiming and - she ducked quickly; although she could actually deflect bullets from herself if she had the mind to, she didn't want to be noticed (and sending bullets flying back the way they came from wasn't exactly the best way to stay unnoticed) and even though the slig wasn't actually aiming for her she wanted herself to be a small target to avoid any trouble.
She crouched down in the shadow and watched the scrab.
