Why the fuck would you get banned for making a custom level, Justin isn't that evil, he doesn't ban people for no reason.
And how could you not know that was illegal, I expect you got in from a Torrent site? The clues to it being illegal are pasted right across the webpage.
Also, your post linking to the download was edited, and it said see you in two weeks. It's obvious you were banned for that.
