Ralph winced at the word 'Vykkers.' "I don't like this," he muttered, "I suppose there's no alternative, but vykkers aren't to be trusted."
He noticed Kix come running up, but without another word he carried on with Anni and Jim.
Even with the damage done to his mind, he wouldn't wish Vykkers on anyone. In fact, it was probably because of what they did to him that made him feel so strongly about it. He also didn't like the idea of seeing the Vykkers himself, but he was fairly confident he could deal with anything else they might try to do to him.
