Well maybe some of the chaarcters could go to one of the places on the map or speak to Mike and Vobos or something....
There's an abandoned shop, you could look there for food or weapons and stuffs.....
Ilovehammy, you mentioned that Star likes to phone her friends, she could do that by the fonebox on the map.
