Appearance: Charles's skin is a dark shade of green, he has royal blue eyes, is about 5' 6" short for a Mudokon, wears a smashingly good blue bowler hat, and also wears a black business suit complete with red tie though is normally covered by his blue trench coat.

Bio: Charles is a bounty hunter in the more industrial cities in eastern Mudos. Charles tracks down traders of the Magog Cartel, reported Sligs, eastern bound Outlaws, and escapees be them slaves of food products as long as the price is right. Seeing Lulu being blamed for the destruction of Vykkers Labs Charles knew it wouldn't be long before a price was put on the Glukkon's head. Charles is currently searching down in the very sewers of big cities to find and capture this Glukkon.
