It isn't fake. It's from an early version of AO. Paramites and Scrabs could never be used in the same level as eachother. They took that much memory up, and if the memory was piled up onto a level, it would freeze and lock-up. So they had to use them in different levels. And mathew, don't you even know what a Paramite is? Or OWI? You really need to get to know Oddworld.
