Yeah, but Sephy, Jenova, and Meteor are out of this debate. As are Cloud, Tifa, Barret, Aerith (well, by this time she's dead anyway, but she can still be a pain while dead), Nanaki, Cait Sith (though they can build a new one, and Reeve still exists), Vincent, Yuffie, Abe, Munch, Stranger, and anybody else I forgot to mention from the FF7 party or Oddworld heroes/anti heroes. Also, ShinRa has to go through the long process in Disc 2 to build/move the Sister Ray. But everything else stays on both sides. And the time setting for the Cartel is about 10 minutes before the start of Abe's Oddysee.
