If there is such royal jelly I doubt anyone can get to it.
Most likely its being controlled by the Glukkons. Sense all the Mudokon workers are shipped out as eggs that means none of them would get a shot at it either.
Also I think the best worker just becomes Employee of the Year. They may get paid a little and get a floor waxer, but from the looks of it I don't think Abe got any royal jelly.
