So what is up with this? Let me say upfront that (as plenty already know) I have absolutely nothing against gay people. But I do have a small grudge against this whole 'gay pride' and 'proud to be gay' thing. What is it good for? I'm not seeing black people run around being 'proud to be black' and women running around being 'proud to be a woman'. Yet both those groups were just as oppressed.
