If you put these three in an animation, it would be fast and it would look pretty okay, and no one would spot that it would be better rounded a bit, didn't you think of that?

It's called constructive criticism... didn't you think of that?
However, you are right to an extent. Yes it would look good, but not
as good as I know that Scrabino can make them. He's just cool that way.
And that does look better, but it is still missing some of the purple feel... however, I wouldn't worry about it. these look great!
