You see that's the beauty of it when someone labels something which they don't know anything about. If you would have followed the show you'd know it's already WAY past all that and it's getting a lot more personal for everyone.

Generally, if one doesn't like the pilot and next few episodes after it, they will form an opinion. Then they go by what they know/have seen. Like forming an opinion after the first few episodes of Lost, I'm not going to follow the next two seasons of ****ing plot twists.

Wasn't it painful to watch? I dunno... I saw it high and I found some of the earlier parts of the film to resemble softcore porn. Although I must admit, I thought most of the action scenes were most enjoyable. If you were looking for a massive testoste-fest, this is it.
Altogether though, gratuitous and synthetic. Bleck.

Agreeded, but I wasn't really in the mood for superfunawesomecoolaction scenes when I went to see it.
But yes... it still pains me to this day.
