You must be kidding me. The whole point was that water was only in such shortage because Sekto’s dam was draining the river. The actual bottled water is shipped to every market Sekto can flood (so to speak).

Ok, ok. I guess what im trying to say is that the reason the waters precious because sekto is stealing most of it. And therefore making it worth more right?
