The police have tryed to do something about her, but so far,nothing has worked. You see,this guy named Chazz brought her down here from Illinois(spelling?) .He lives just a few houses down from her, but he is selling drugs so, I'm sure she's the least of his concerns. Shame isn't it? She has been in a mental hospital about 6 different times already. But, she used to be normal. She was a stained glass artist, was married and had like, 3 kids. When she started going nuts though, her husband put her in an institute. Her family got her out later because she didn't like it there. Chazz has been putting medicen in her food (hopfully not drugs!) to get her to sleep, because she never does.But,crazy lady(also called Denise Arpan) found out and started feeding her food to the neighbors dog, Jawbreaker! We drove by one day and saw that dog laying upside down next to the road! I hope she doesn't kill him! Poor thing.I got more to tell you about, but I'll save it for later.
