Let's see... Munch is having sonar stuck in his head. He has not been given anesthetic. He could die in the treatment. Part of his brain has been removed. Is it at all possible Munch said "ouch?"
Putting sarcasm aside, I think it was Munch. Either that, or the healer off The Green Mile could feel Munch's pain. Or the Ratz could have made it. Probably one of those three.
