They're an insult to the word 'band'! The definition of the word band is a group of people who play instruments! Boy bands and girl bands are not bands, they are groups! And people only buy their records for the boys' (and they usually are closer to boys than men) looks. If they looked like roadkill nobody would even listen to them! And I bet they mime anyway! The record companied probably choose good-looking people seperately from people with good singing voices, and the good-lookers mime along tothe good singers. I am very sure that's what they do.
In fact one girl band was proved to have done it, when they were performing live and the tape (hidden backstage) that they were miming to jammed! He he! Serves the stupid fakers right!
