This is designed to restirct their thupoght and prevent them from doing anything like gonig insane, attacking an Industrialist, blowing up a facotry. You know, the regular sort of craziness we deal with here. Well, sicne I operated on Molt to fit him up with his mechanical eye, I think I can add a cyborg inhibitor chip to his mechanical eye, sicne the eye is wired to his nervous system. I just have to add on the chip and wire it to his brain, then modify it so it sends chemical signals rather than just electricsignals. Otherwise h'd just begetting hsi brain zapped, rather than impulses controlled. It may sound dangerous surgery, and idneed, it is, but I know what I'm doing. And if I don't, Praetyre or Slap are more than capable of filling in any blanks."
