Go with whoever you like the most, and tell the other two they should go kill themselves.
Or, you could be boringly kind and soften the blow by saying 'It's not working out, we should go see other people'.
If I could do whatever I wanted with no consequences? I'd probably try to play all three at once, then make up a sob story to make them feel bad. If all else failed, I'd at least have a chance for break-up sex.
Oh well.
