Apperance-Like's to Fly/Average sized but a little bigger

Equipment-Carries a shotgun but is fitted with blanks so he doesn't kill them when he shoot. Also he has a helicopter which he flies around in.

Personality-Doesn't hate muds but hates brutish big bros.

Biography-Otis is an engineer of sorts in his free time. Loves to build his own gadgets. Seeing how Rupture Farms is so big he bought some of the factory and he considers it his home. He flies there during the night and hopes to get a job as repairman to he factory/ Guard.
