I agree with what BD said. I don't think they're important enough to replace Dripik, Aslik & Phleg. It says on the Oddworld.com site somewhere that the larger a Glukkon's shoulder pads are, the more important he is. Those guys' pads are nowhere near as big as Dripik's, Aslik's or Phleg's.
And Oryon is right, go to universe/industrial/creatures/glukkons/junior execs.
