So yeah, it pisses me off when everyone says, 'I'm going kill that man.', when they themselves are fighting someone with the same thought in mind. It's like the two groups of people who are fighting, are really not that different with the thing in mind is to kill whoever else who wants to kill. (/ends moment of saying kill)

Well, why not punish the rapist or murderer with the exact crime they committed? Sure, it lowers us to their level, but in my opinion, they deserve it for their crimes.
Besides, imprisoning them hardly ever works. A large percentage of rapists and murderers are either psychopaths or sociopaths, meaning that, even if they served their time, they're very likely to just repeat their crimes because they have no sense of right and wrong. So, why not just get rid of them? Is it really worth another person's life in the future to risk having them around?

But yes, senseless killing, and killing in general is wrong...

Senseless killing, yes. Killing in general? No. Sometimes, a person, in my opinion, is justified in killing another human being. For example, if your life is threatened, would you just stand there, thinking "I can't kill this person, because it's wrong", while the person willingly attempts to take your life? I highly doubt it. Even if you didn't want to, your survival instincts might kick in, and force you to attack that individual.
