Agreed, this looks promising. Of course, the sprite style of the actual sprites and of the background are hopelessly mismatched, but since you've said you're just using that background as a filler until you make your own, that's easily forgiven 
And I notice you seem to have the shadows sussed, which is cool (that's a slig's eye in the shadow, right?) |
To answer your question, yes, yes it is an eye. Right now I kinda gotta work on my fan fic, I promised the new and improved 1st chapter would be released tomorrow...but I will try to work on this too! Thank you all for teh comments!
