Original Resident Evil on Playstation (I was a kid back then). Original Halo on Xbox when the Flood first appeared in 343 Guilty Spark. I almost wanted to stop playing the game after that level, let alone the library. Resident Evil remake on Playstation Crimson Heads terrified me and would make me jump.
