ok here's the problem. YOu are uploading the pic wrong on your site. You have to upload it in the photo album and then select the pic you just uploaded, right click on it, select properties, and highlight the url from there.

here to see what I am talking about(go into the picture section). Make sure you get the whole url...as it is a long (ridiculously long in my opinion) url.
