OOC: Just one question. Which elevator did Gore take? The one to the Production Lines or the one to the Lab's storage?
---------------------------------
Rick was waiting for an answer, not rifle fire when he called at the shadow. The bullets were not aimed at anything, but a few of them hit RG's frame, merely causing him to take a step backwards.
"So it was not a Wildlife organic, as I first suspected." said RG. "Good thing my frame is bulletproof, and the bullets didn't hit any electric parts of mine, so..."
"Don't start another Robots-Are-Better-Than-Organic lecture, please! This is not the time for it." interrupted Rick.
"As you wish, organic." said RG. "By the sounds and the slight heat change coming from the direction where the gun was fired, I suspect that the organic fled." He turned to where he thought Rick was. "If my memory is correct, there were two Sligs down here when we turned up, and one of them was definately armed."
"That must have been Goresplatter." said Rick, and, with unease, continued. "The other one, Gappiqu took your rifle while you were out cold."
"The organic filth took my rifle?" asked RG, with a mixture of calmness and anger. Rick took a few steps backwards, and again, he reminded himself that the robot could hear it anyway. But still, he didn't want to get strangled again.
"That was a grave decision of him. I take care of my possessions seriously." RG's hands were curled into fists at this point. Rick wondered whether this was purposeful, or a part of the robot's programming. Nonetheless, it was very convincing.
"That rifle is a part of my frame." RG continued. "Not only he made me lose my visual sensors, but he stolen a deadly effective weapon, which, when handled wrongly by imbecile organics, can cause their own death."
"Then you could leave it at Gappiqu, and things will sort themselves out." said Rick, hoping RG understood the joke. It seemed like he didn't.
"We must go to the ground floor and fix the damage I have. Then... I'll deal with every organic who has a hand in this." said RG. Rick didn't dare to contradict him.
