Do you realize how many times that's been restated? Try being more creative next time, rather than going right for one of the sources of juvenile humor.
And if he were to breathe through there, his bone structure would be different, as it would have to accomidate the lungs closer to that opening, or different types of organs to lead to his lungs.

Testicales are present soley for reproduction, not for inducing pain when hit in any way. And seeing as how mudokons are infertile, testicles wouldn't be present.
