I'm pretty sure he's saying that he wants both games but is asking whether to get the PC or PS versions.
The only difference between them is the controls (gamepad vs keyboard) and the PS version has a bonus FMV of the Shrink and Abe if you save all the muds.
I was going to say to get the PC version as PC's will always exist but you might not be able to get your hands on a PS. Unfortuneately, some people have had problems running the games on Win2k and WinXP so that might not be so true. Thankfully the PS2 and (I think) PS3 support earlier games so as long as you have a console to play it on, the PS version could be good too.
Ultimately, you should just buy the version you're able to get. Copies are not exactly common these days.
