IC: Sturg continued heading up through the tower, nothing else particularly of interest. Eventually, he was almost at the top floor. The dripping was heavier, and water could be heard in the pipes. He then finally went up to the top floor.
No roof was here, and apart from the small area he was on, the area was mostly a water filled resevoir, not especially large. A relative flow was coming in from another pipe that had been going up the other side of the tower, it's source unkown. The water, at least, was definitely here. He sat and drank some, being thristy after the climb, then sat and awaited the others to find their way up.
