Okay, pointers... if this also means criticism, there you go:
Sekto's shoulder are a bit wider and kind of square-looking. His collar is white and not red. Sekto's eyes are a bit smaller and his eyebrows (or this musculature in place of ones) really look more round. I think, you need to give his head more "structure" at last. Else, it looks like a normal squid.
The fleeches have narrow mouths.
I think, the greeter looks good so far!
You forgot to draw the mouth(-like thing) on the slurgs.
Seriously, I don't want to annoy you when I tell my criticism.
You have an interesting art-style which I really like! Keep it up.
