You'd be surprised how stupid people are. Then again you probably wouldn't. If you don't believe that the yunguns see being gay/bi as a choice, go and look for a Placebo forum. There typically should be enough 'OMGMOG I THINK IM BI LIEK DA SINGER' threads to tide you over. People are getting sexually aware at a younger age which generally means theres a larger extent of ignorance involved. Also a search for nonconformity.

I know eactly what you mean. Kids these days, for some reason, feel that chosing to be gay or bi, will assist them in gaining popularity or friends, or will be a means of rebelling against their parents and establishing themselves as "individuals". They view it as a choice, whether than a work of nature. It just really angers me, since they try to fit into every stereotype that has to do with their chosen sexuality, thereby insulting actualy homosexuals who have been gay, bi, or lesbian from the start.
Perhaps certain people can do the same thing when it comes to zoophilia, and
make themselves like it in order to fit into that group. I really wouldn't be surprised.
