Scranton starting to see color, though everything was blurry. He had no idea, if he had been blacked out for five minutes or for days. Either or, he waited as the blurriness cleared. He was laying on his back, the lighting was dim...dust or something unpleasant filled his lungs. He could see straight about him a whole in the shape of a mudokon in the roofing. He saw above the hole in whatever was above him a ripped open air vent. He tried to remember what happened. Then it hit him. He was at Rupture Farms, he got his job, roaming the halls he snuck into the air vent looking for the meat grinding. He fell through the vent, through another story. Where was he though? He felt very hot. He looked behind him, the boiler. The Boiler! What was he going to do? If anyone saw him, he'd be permanently screwed. They'd beat him to death! But he remembered, there was no beatings here, and also he could lie and say he was cleaning the vents...the boiler room kept getting hotter. He sweated like he never had before. He was afraid of burning to death. He screamed: "Help! Ahh! Help!" He then thought of the possibility of dying from blood loss. He was bleeding all over from his head. He put pressure on it and screamed once more. "Help!"
