Clearly not.
But I would call it unlikely, as respiration through absorption only works when the skin surface area to body mass ratio is high enough. As objects (and thus creatures) get larger, the mass increases at double the rate of the surface area - imagine a cube then another one double as high, wide and thick; the surface area is four times the size of the original but the mass is eight times. So a large creature like a mudokon could probably not respire through the amount of oxygen available through the skin.
