Well... I dont know but im pretty sure that in the AE movie when Abe falls out of Necrum Mines into Necrum, and lands on a mammoth-like creatures skull and lands on its (theeth??) and hurths himself right between the legs... well he makes a face that shows he has testicles or a sexual organ of some kind. It is unmistakeable a face most guys make in movies when they get hit in the balls.
