I really doubt they'd re-release MO for the Wii, but it would use the controller perfectly, but the gamespeak might be pretty impossible unless Nintendo made another extension controller.

All nintendo would have to do is add a microphone to a controller and then you could speak directly to them. Given there would be a little bit of confusion, and clear speaking, but...
Me: Dude! follow me!
Mudokon: That's the hundreth time you asked me to do that. I'm already following you, you just aren't moving.
Me: Oh.... okay. Follow me!
I'd get so many people dead that way... (me: Hey! go walk into that electrocuter!)
However, the whole thing about having the wii-chucks being a weapon as a slig would be pretty cool.
