I don't normally agree with the death penalty but I personally think that the dealth penalty was the more "humane" thing to do. If Saddam had been left to live his life out in prison, think about the abuse he'd've been subjected to from his fellow prisoners and the guards. I know that many of you will say "well that's nothing compared to what he did" but I just think it'd be cruel to subject anyone to that sort of abuse.
However, I do agree that the Iraqi Government should've waited a lot longer before executing him [I also think they should've been more careful and not let anyone take a video of his death, I think it's sick that people enjoy watching that].
